Mum Heart Conference
Our heart for this conference is to empower you to find JOY in your everyday homeschooling life. We want to help you discover how to restore and maintain joy in your day to day life – in amongst the pressures and stresses of home educating your children.

CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19
- The Mum Heart Conference is a weekend conference to encourage the hearts of Christian homeschool mums.
- The conference fee covers conference attendance, Friday night coffee and dessert, Saturday morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea and Sunday morning tea. (Saturday night dinner is an additional cost.)
- You will be able to indicate dietary requirements in the registration process.
- Conference covers one mum only. No children except young babies. No child minding facilities are available.
- Full conference ticket $150, Day ticket $105
- Evening meals, accommodation and transport are not included in this price
- Feel free to invite your friends and promote the conference in any networks you are involved with. If using social media please use our hashtag: #mumheartau
The Conference will be held at the Mantra on Salts Beach – approx. 20 min drive south from the Gold Coast Airport and 30mins north of Byron Bay.

Once you have bought your ticket you will be invited to join a closed Facebook group for attendees only. This will be the place to organize a carpool and a roommate (see Accommodation notes).
Since accommodation is not covered by the conference ticket we encourage you to book as soon as you can. If you are coming with a friend, please only one of you book accommodation. If you need a roommate, see below.
We have arranged a special Mum Heart Conference rate for you. All room rates include a full buffet breakfast.

To get these rates you must book using this booking form (one form per room).
If you are sharing a room please make sure you list ALL names on the ONE booking form.
Need to find a Room-mate?
When you register for the conference you will be given a link for a Kingscliff 2020 Attendees Facebook Group. This group is specifically for people who are coming to connect, make accommodation/travel arrangements and ask questions. If this doesn’t work for you and you have trouble finding someone to share with please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you.
As you buy your ticket you will be asked to fill in registration details such as dietary requirements etc.
Once your ticket and registration details are processed you will receive a receipt and an email confirming that all is ready for you to attend Mum Heart 2020 Attendees Kingscliff.

Conference Desk will be open 5.30-6.30pm Friday night and then again 8.00-8.30am on Saturday morning for you to touch base and collect anything you need for the day.

Gather with like minded mums allowing you time to unwind, relax and meet up with friends new and old.
|Saturday||9.00am – 9.00pm||
Saturday will include:
3 sessions consisting of a talk followed by table discussions led by Mentor Mums.
A selection of workshops for you to choose from.
An extended break for you to have dinner (not provided but many options nearby) followed by evening session.
|Sunday||9.00am – 1.00pm||Sunday will included a time of worship and communion followed by two sessions.|

What meals are provided?
Your conference ticket includes: Friday night dessert; Saturday morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea; Sunday morning tea.
If you book accommodation using the booking form, breakfast will be included with your room rate.
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be given an opportunity to indicate your dietary needs for lunch on the registration form.

What is happening Friday night?
Kick start the weekend with a coffee and dessert evening. This is a relaxed time to meet friends (new and old) and talk about all things homeschool.
Will there be any free time?
I have a baby, can I come?
Can my family come?
Though the conference is only for mums, your family can come and enjoy the location while you attend the conference. You can book accommodation for your family and let them enjoy time together in Kingscliff.
Will there be vendors?
No. There will be no vendors selling homeschool materials.
What if I change my mind and can't come in the end?
Unfortunately, due to contracts with the venue, we cannot offer a refund.
Will tickets be available at the door?
No, once again, due to the venue needing confirmed numbers, ticket sales will close 30th August, 2020. There will be no door sales.
